Julia Peart, MN:NP
I’m a Nurse Practitioner Psychotherapist with a deep respect for the complexity of human healing. My work is rooted in relationship, nervous system–informed care, and thoughtful integration of medical and psychotherapeutic approaches. I’m especially drawn to supporting people navigating trauma, addiction, and moments of transition — meeting them with steadiness, curiosity, and care.

Jenn Ottewell, BScN
As a Registered Nurse and Nurse Psychotherapist with over 20 years of healthcare experience, I have spent the last 16 years supporting children, adolescents and young adults with a focus on pediatric mental health for the last 9 years. I work with youth aged 12 and older who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, disordered eating, self-harm, grief and life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT),Motivational Interviewing (MI) and trauma informed approaches while working alongside families, schools and healthcare providers when appropriate to provide holistic, coordinated care.

Our Port Elgin Space
Our clinic is located in a cozy yellow-brick bungalow, offering a discreet and homey environment for care. Inside, three uniquely styled therapy rooms provide distinct atmospheres, allowing clients to choose the space that feels right for them. Street parking is available, along with a private parking pad at the back for convenience.
